Booking and payment

All appointments are booked through this site or by inquiry. Book online to reserve your appointment; pay in person at the studio on the day of your service.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment so the time slot can be released for another client. Late cancellations and no-shows may affect future booking availability.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we'll do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but the service may need to be shortened to protect the schedule of the client behind you. Full price applies. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late are treated as a no-show.

Retail (LaLa Design)

Apparel and accessories purchased through the shop ship from Saint Paul, MN. Standard processing time is 3–5 business days. Returns are accepted on unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery; original shipping is not refunded. Final-sale items are clearly marked at checkout.

Payment

We accept in-person payment at the studio for services booked through this site.

Service expectations

Beauty by Indy delivers professional studio services using high-quality, well-maintained products and tools. If you have sensitivities, allergies, or skin concerns, tell us before the appointment so we can adjust the product selection. While we work hard to deliver the look you want, beauty services are subjective — refunds are not offered for services rendered.

Health and safety

If you have an active eye infection, skin infection, cold sore, or recent injury in the service area, please reschedule. If you suspect a reaction to a product during or after the appointment, contact us immediately so we can document it and refer you to a medical professional if needed.

Intellectual property

Photos, logos, and copy on this site are the property of Beauty by Indy. You're welcome to share links on social media. For press, partnership, or licensing requests, please use the contact form.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected here with a fresh "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
