How far in advance should I book?
For bridal and special events, I recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak season (May–October). For everyday glam and lash appointments, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient.

Is a deposit required?
No deposit. Most services are reserved online with nothing due until you arrive. Brow + Lash Combo and Eyebrow Cleaning Only are paid in full online when you book.

What forms of payment do you accept?
It depends on the service. Brow + Lash Combo and Eyebrow Cleaning Only are paid online when you book. Everything else is paid in person at the studio on the day of your appointment. Online payments go through Wix and accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes — bridal trials are strongly recommended and booked as a separate appointment ($130, 2 hr). The trial is when we refine your look, lock in lash and finish preferences, and time-test the products so the day-of runs smoothly.

What does the Wedding Day Bridal Glam include?
Wedding Day Bridal Glam ($230, 2 hr 30 min) includes skincare prep, a pre-wedding consultation, long-wear application using luxury professional products, and dedicated focus during your service window.
