How far in advance should I book?
For bridal and special events, I recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak season (May–October). For everyday glam and lash appointments, 2–4 weeks is usually sufficient.

Is a deposit required?
Yes, for some services. A deposit is taken online when you book Classic Cluster Lashes ($15), Natural Wispy ($15), Natural Cat-Eye ($15), Lash But Better ($15), Wispy Cat-Eye ($15), Open-Eye / Doll Eye ($15), Hybrid Wispy ($15), Kim K Wispy ($15), Soft Natural Glam ($30), Soft Glam ($30), Photoshoot / Event Glam ($30), Full Glam ($30), Bridesmaid Glam ($30), Bridal Trial ($30), Wedding Day Bridal Glam ($30), Eyebrow Tint (ONLY) ($15), Brow Mapping, Shape + Tint ($15), Brow + Lash Combo ($30), Eyebrow Cleaning Only ($15), Halal Brow + Bleaching ($20), Hybrid Brow Tint | Mapping & Shaping ($20), and the balance is settled in person at your appointment. Every other service is reserved online with nothing due until you arrive.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is taken online when you book. Online payments go through Wix and accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Do you offer bridal trials?
Yes — bridal trials are strongly recommended and booked as a separate appointment ($130, 2 hr). The trial is when we refine your look, lock in lash and finish preferences, and time-test the products so the day-of runs smoothly.

What does the Wedding Day Bridal Glam include?
Wedding Day Bridal Glam ($230, 2 hr 30 min) includes skincare prep, a pre-wedding consultation, long-wear application using luxury professional products, and dedicated focus during your service window.
